Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt). 

Personalized or custom-made  items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Customers are respnsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
